Malta has sun all the year round, so it is always a good time to visit Malta. Spring and autumn are good, especially after Easter and till mid-June. The weather is warm, the beaches are beautiful and the Mediterranean is at her spectacular best. From mid-June till end of August, it is peak season time. In winter the daytime temperatures typically reach 16-18 degrees centigrade maximum.
The main airport in Malta is located at Gudja, near the capital Valetta. It is the only international airport within these islands, and it has connectivity with most cities in Europe. Many international airlines have flights to this airport and the national airline Air Malta will provide flights to many cities in Europe. Ryan Air also has frequent flights to Malta. You can access the rest of the island from Gudja by bus and car and also by ferry.
